IMPROVE AT HOME WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Self-improvement is optional. We are certain about when we will be back on the field, it could be next week; it could be a few months from now. We do know it will happen at some point. How you return to your team is up to you. Nobody should push you to get better, if you want to be the best version of yourself possible and hit the ground running in your next game, you must take responsibility and accountability for your own developement and performance.

Base on a feedback from your coach or a self-assessment, select an area to improve and be deliberate about it. For example, if an area of growth was read and understand the game, we would encourage you to spend some time on the tactical side each day.

We believe that 30-45 minutes per day should help you continue your personal development. Try a physical workout and technical workout, the next day a tactical and so on.
