Memorial Day Weekend, May 22-27, 2013 (No Sunday play!)

3 game minimum

Out of state teams will begin scheduled play Friday afternoon, so please plan accordingly

Semi-finals and Finals will be held on Monday, May 27

Real Salt Lake vs. Chicago Fire - discounted tickets available for purchase $15

5K Fun Run, no cost for tournament players and coaches

Registration: CLOSED

Application and payment must be submitted no later than May 1, 2013

Early registration fee discount of $50, ends April 2

Cost (fee listed does not reflect early bird discount):

U8 - U9 $425
U10-U11 $475
U12 and up $550

Payment must be made during online registration process

Registering teams will receive official notification

Accepted teams will also receive official notification via e-mail

Check-in

In-state teams check-in: May 20, 2013

Location: Young Kia, 220 N 650 W, Kaysville, UT (dealership lobby)
Check-in from 5 PM to 9 PM

Out-of-state teams check-in: May 24, 2013 at Ellison Park in Layton

Check-in requirements:

Six (6) copies of an Official tournament roster (Affinity system only)
A medical release form OR UYSA Participant Form with medical consent for EACH player completed and signed (notary NOT required)
A Specialty Player Action form (or out-of-state equiv) for EACH guest player, completed and signed - see Wasatch Tournament rules for additional information regarding Guest Players
Proof of age must be available when eligibility is in question (birth certificate)

Teams failing to meet Check-in requirements will not be eligible to play

No refunds will be given after acceptance deadline

No refunds will be given due to inclement weather
